False premise! We would argue that most teambuilding events DON'T suck, but they DO induce fear. Adults don't like to look "stupid" or "waste time." We do the work up front to disarm those fears, so your team can embrace the spirit of play and the art of Looking Stupid.

There is absolutely zero animal cruelty at the Q5 Project. While some of our programs do include optional performance elements, the majority of our work is centered around play. No one is ever singled out or forced to perform involuntarily. Theater games are used in the Theatre to foster communication, strengthen an ensemble, and get performers "out of their heads" and into a zone of creative freedom -so they're more a tool OF the Theatre than a function of DOING theater.
